Dr. Henry Baylis was an inspiration to all and the motivation for the creation of Access Eye Institute. Dr. Baylis was the Founding Chief and Professor of the Division of Orbital and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute- UCLA. Dr. Baylis achieved a reputation among other doctors because of his training programs and extensive scientific publications. As a mentor to Dr. Pezhman Nazemi, Dr. Baylis had a tremendous impact on Access Eye Institute and the success and inspiration behind the practice.
